This cruise ship season is expected to be one of the longest on record for Saint John.
The season kicks off on Thursday when Holland America Line’s ship Veendam docks at the Marco Polo Cruise Terminal from 8am-5pm.
The ship will be carrying 1200 guests.
This year’s cruise ship season will include 64,000 scheduled cruise ship calls, more than 144,000 guests, and 58,000 crew members.
