Tim Roszell is starting a new chapter after being let go by the Saint John Sea Dogs in March.
The former Sea Dogs play by play announcer will be the new voice of the Moncton Wildcats.
He says it started as a conversation with members of the Wildcats organization.
“It became apparent that the play by play position was going to be open. The previous broadcaster is running in the provincial election this fall.
It came together over the last couple of weeks and I couldn’t be more excited.” Roszell says.
We are excited to announce the newest addition to our team for the 2018-2019 season. Join us in welcoming veteran radio broadcaster Tim Roszell to Moncton!

We asked Roszell about the many people who are saying this is Saint John’s loss and Moncton’s gain.
“All I can say is the Sea Dogs made a business decision back in March”.
He tells us he’s really happy to be joining the Moncton Wildcats what he calls a terrific organization with a team that is up and coming.
