RCMP releasing a sketch of a man who followed a 16-year-old girl home from the Fresh Mart in Blacks Harbour.
It happened on September 17 around 6pm. When the girl arrived home, the man asked to use her phone and if anyone else was home. When the girl said her father was home, the man quickly left.
The man is described as being possibly in his early thirties with short, dark hair, and a scruffy beard. He is about 5’8′ to 5’9′ tall with a slim to average build. He is also described as having a chubby face and mumbles when speaking. He was wearing baggy jeans and a dark sweater at the time.
